The Balfour retractor features adjustable side walls, available from Sklar with a standard 7 inch spread or an expanded 10 inch spread. Both solid and fenestrated blades are available. It also comes with a scoop style bladder blade, available in multiple dimensions, that the physician may or may not choose to use. This product has the expanded 10 inch spread and 2 inch deep, fenestrated blades. The center bladder blade is strongly curved and measures 107 x 59 mm.
