Merit Presbyterian Chest Tubing Forceps

Size:- 6-1/2″

The Merit Presbyterian Chest Tubing Forceps are expertly crafted surgical instruments used primarily in thoracic, cardiovascular, and emergency procedures to clamp, manipulate, or occlude chest tubes and similar flexible tubing. Designed with precision and patient safety in mind, these forceps ensure non-crushing control for smooth and effective chest tube handling.

These forceps feature a long shaft and broad, atraumatic jaws that provide a secure yet gentle grip on delicate tubes, helping to prevent tube collapse or internal damage. The smooth jaw surface and spring-controlled tension mechanism allow clinicians to clamp tubing with the necessary pressure while minimizing risk to internal structures.

Manufactured from high-quality surgical-grade stainless steel, the Merit Presbyterian Chest Tubing Forceps offer excellent resistance to corrosion, repeated sterilization, and mechanical wear. Their ergonomic design promotes a comfortable grip and easy maneuverability, even during extended surgical use.

Whether in cardiothoracic surgery, trauma care, or intensive care procedures, these forceps are vital for tube placement, drainage maintenance, and secure occlusion during tube changes or repositioning. They are trusted by thoracic surgeons and emergency physicians for their reliability, durability, and consistent performance.

At NAZMED SMS, we are committed to supplying precision instruments under our trusted SMS brand, ensuring surgeons have the tools they need for excellence in every procedure.
