Description
Crile Artery Haemostatic Forceps
Crile Haemostatic, are most commonly used for clamping blood vessels or tissue before cauterization or ligation. Horizontal serrations the entire length of the jaw, and jaws half the length of the shank make this instrument unique. There is a ratchet locking mechanism for a tight, secure hold on vessels. They may also be used for soft tissue dissection typically no deeper than 6-8 inches or in Laparotomy procedures. This product is straight and curved with serrated tips, and an overall length of 160 mm.
The Crile Artery Haemostatic Forceps are a vital surgical tool used for clamping blood vessels and controlling haemostasis during surgical procedures. Manufactured by NAZMED SMS, these forceps are expertly crafted for general, cardiovascular, and trauma surgeries, where precise control of bleeding is essential.
Featuring transversely serrated jaws along their entire length, Crile forceps offer a secure, non-slip grip on vessels and tissues. Their straight or curved configurations accommodate various surgical needs and preferences, making them an indispensable part of any operating room setup.
These haemostatic forceps are designed with a ratcheted finger ring handle, providing a reliable locking mechanism that maintains consistent pressure without hand fatigue. Whether used for occluding arteries, securing sutures, or holding delicate tissues, the Crile design supports precision and control.
Each pair is manufactured from high-quality surgical stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance, durability, and compatibility with repeated sterilization cycles.
