SMS Periosteal Elevators are heavy metal instruments, with a broad, flat thin end for prising between periosteum and bone and lifting theperiosteum prior to working on the bone. Periosteal Elevators are mainly used to lift full thickness soft tissue flaps. The tips require protection and need to be kept very sharp otherwise shredding of the flap can happen. Periosteal Elevators are primarily used to retract gingival tissue and are ideal for complex extractions in which an incision must be made. Courier Service Details:
Deliveries are made between 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Order Processing:
i. Confirmed orders received before 12 pm will be packed and collected by the courier service on the next business day.
ii. Orders received after 12 pm on Friday will be processed and collected by the courier service on the following week's working day.
